Chicago Current Weather

It was raining heavily in Chicago and the weather was very gloomy. Chicago current weather was very unusual and people were extremely bothered as well as happy about it. It was summer time and having such climatic condition was good but the winds were blowing thick and fast, so people were also scared about it.

All the kids as well as elderly people loved the rain pouring down. The great smell of earth due to rain was really very refreshing and everyone had got respite from hot and humid conditions which prevailed in Chicago. The rain gods had opened its door for people of Chicago.

The Chicago current weather forecast prediction was for continuous heavy rain in next 48 hours and people were requested not to move out of their house because there were chances of flood. As schools and universities were already closed because of summer holidays there was no need for local authorities to call for a shutdown.

Mean while, many office goers had decided to remain at home but there was no official holiday announced in public as well as private sector companies. Everyone was very desperate to see what would happen tomorrow because rain was continuously coming down though it was not heavy but it was expected to come down heavily from mid-night.

Next day, early in the morning everyone woke-up and found that the sun was shining brightly, while there was no trace of rain. On most TV channels, the climate forecast for next 48 hours was shown as hot and humid. All those people who had planned for a holiday from office due to heavy rain forecast had to get-up and run for their office.

Chicago current weather was so humid that people were looking at the skies to open up again but there was no respite and for next 7 days there was no rain, but again the skies opened up and it was drizzling little bit. Again, the climate had become very friendly. This time no one bothered to watch weather forecast because everyone wanted to enjoy the drizzle.

By evening, the drizzle had become very heavy and the rain started coming down at a very brisk rate. In no time, all the streets in Chicago were flooded by rain water but no one was complaining because offices were shut for next few days. The only people complaining were local authorities because they had big task on their hand to get rid of rain water from the roads.
