Saving Grace TV Show

I loved watching crime related TV shows and I was the only person in my family who was crazy about Saving Grace TV Show. Saving Grace was created by Nancy Miller and it ran for 3 seasons.

This American crime show was very popular among the TV watching viewers in America and in few other countries. In the first season almost 6.4 million viewers watched the show in America while in the 2nd season 5.2 million and in the 3rd season 3.5 million viewers remained glued to their TV screen to watch this show.

Saving Grace was first broadcasted on 23rd July 2007 through TNT channel and its last show was broadcasted on 21st June 2010. 'Everlast' wrote the theme song for this show which he also sang.

Saving Grace TV Show had forty-six episodes and its run-time per episode was around forty-five minutes. Major part of this show was shot in 'Los Angeles' and 'Vancouver' while there are also scenes in it which have famous landmarks.

'Holly Hunter' who is the winner of Academy award is one of the stars in this show and this was her very first show on television. The other actors who have featured in this amazing crime show are 'Gregory Cruz', 'Laura Giacomo', 'Yaani King', 'Bokeem Woodbine', 'Kenny Johnson', 'Bailey Chase' and 'Leon Rippy'.

In America, Saving Grace TV Show was given TV-MA rating for 'sex', 'violence' and 'language'. This show was and is still broadcasted in some countries like Portugal, United Kingdom, Canada, Japan and Australia.

In United Kingdom, the first season got started in August 2009 on More4 while in Portugal, Fox Life broadcasted season one and two. Currently the 3rd season of Saving Grace is being broadcasted in Portugal through Fox Next.

On Ninth August 2011, the first season of Saving Grace has started in Australia through Channel Ten. In Japan on 14th December 2008, first season got started while on 11th December 2009, second season got started.

This show was also released on the DVD. The DVD of the first season was released on 15th July 2008 and it has 13 Episodes on four discs. The DVD of the second season was released on 16th June 2009 and it has 14 Episodes on four discs. The DVD of the third season was released on 13th July 2010 and it has 19 Episodes on five discs.

For me this show was the best one on American television. I don't know why this show was not restarted in America even though it has large fan following not just in America but also in many other countries.
