Few days back I was writing an English language test. I hate dealing with English grammar because I am not good in it and when it comes to writing meaning of English words the all hell breaks lose.
There was one question which said ‘Define Derived ‘. Just imagine how can I define derive because deriving is self explanatory I guess but I don’t know but for me it does not need an explanation so I wrote it is self explanatory.
When I came home I checked the question ‘Define Derived ‘in my dictionary and I was wrong in thinking the answer was something else. May be my English will always remain sub-standard.
